Data Protection Policy

Membership of the LPC requires retention of your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address and (if appropriate) Kennel Name. 

The LPC will retain this information, on a rolling basis, for a maximum of 3 years prior to the current membership year.

Your details will only be used for the purposes of communicating information about LPC activities and will not be shared with any other organisation except, if so requested, by the Pickleball Scotland.

Individuals may apply in writing to the Secretary to enquire as to what information is held about them and this information must be provided within 40 days of the date of the request.  Individuals may also request that any part of their details be deleted from the database.
