To all our Lomond Pickleball Club Members,

I hope that you are enjoying a great summer of sport, from the football World Cup, to Wimbledon and now the Commonwealth Games here in Glasgow!! I also hope that you are enjoying some pickleball!!!

I would like to thank everyone who completed our recreational and team surveys. Your feedback is so useful as we continue to develop our club.

The key feedback was that you would welcome additional communication so that you can understand more about our club, how and where to play pickleball and how to get involved with supporting our club.

I am really pleased that Clare Phillips is now our lead for club communication and that we have written our first newsletter which you can read below. We’d love to have your feedback and you’ll see an email address in the newsletter to send us ideas for future newsletters.

I would like to finish by saying a huge thank you to our small team of volunteers who work hard behind the scenes to help us all to have so much fun playing pickleball. We’d be delighted for anyone to lend a hand - just get in touch if you would like to contribute to our club off the court.
